What a serious cold holiday this Halloween was. Does anyone else who have kids under the age of 18months find it as bizarre as me that we take them trick or treating, when rightfully they don’t have the teeth, nor the natural insulin to attack all the sugar collected by going door to door in a neighborhood unknown to you. Wow…craziness.
On Halloween, we trick-or-treated with Morgan first at our neighbors and then headed to my sister’s block. Needless to say, Morgan was oddly crabby this night. As you can see.
When arriving at Pam’s we watched Kendra and her waddle around the house for a bit…literally waddling.
We loaded them up in the wagon and began the coldest walk I’ve had since I trick-or-treated myself!
After we completed Jack Frost’s journey, we said our goodbyes and headed over to our friends’ house for a little Halloween Soiree. Boy was it fun! Talk about cutie-pies.
Please ignore the sad faces, as this was pre-bedtime, and the inapt smiles…they tried:)
At the end of the night, I was quite grateful it was daylight savings time. It stunk that I had to get up at 6am to work; but turns out that’s what time Morgan was jumping around in her crib. Sucked mainly for poor Greggy…as I skipped out the door to work:) Thanks for being such a great Ghost Dad Greg (far right…who is that guy?)

I totally agree...we didn't last too long outside either because it was so freezing! Morgan looks so cute in her little costume!
