I'm Back

The past few weeks have been an up and down question process for me in regards to continuing this blog...

Life has be so super busy. We are busy running to and from preschool, gymnastics, dance, swimming. It is very very busy around our parts and we don't even have anyone in full time school yet! And honestly, I was THIS CLOSE to shutting down the blog. Until, I found some pictures of the family on my mom's camera a few days ago that no one has seen, and I thought "I wish everyone could see these." And they can! Through this blog. For that reason, I continue this sweet memory book online for anyone who enjoys seeing it. And one more reason to continue this blog was last night. My friend Bree from college just had her first baby and was saying how refreshing it is to remember the posts I wrote about how hard it was for me when a baby is in its first few months of life. I like to help people, and if this itty bitty blog power can do that, then I can't stop! So there ya have it. We're back!

Rewind time to 2011...this is gonna be good.

Shelby Jane. 10 months today. I was in Missouri house hunting.
Missed this moment but my mom captured it.

Shelby and Morgan, hanging out with Grampa.

I hadn't seen Shelby in 3 days, this was the longest I was away from the girls.

As you can see, they were VERY happy to see me!

Morgan at age 2.5yrs old. She has always had pretty eyes.

Kendra (my niece) almost 3 years old. Happy to announce her new baby sister was born!!!

Hadley Anne, born May 21, 2011. She was and continues to be adorable.

Shelby hanging out in the swing. We were living with my parents for 3 weeks before we moved to Missouri.

Look at this girl. I cannot believe how long ago this was.

The girls had to stay with my parents for 4 days without us while Greg and I moved into our new Missouri house. My parents took Morgan to see the giant blimp at the Timmerman Airport

When Shelby was little, she used to walk around with a burp cloth on her head all the time. Too funny.

Moving day. Greg and I were leaving that morning to move to Missouri.
This was a very hard day, besides the girls' smiles.

Shelby had just learned to walk at 13 months.

Morgan enjoying the sites in Missouri at Elephant Rocks.
Our Missouri home. Although we only lived there 9 months, it was still enjoyable.

Visiting my parents for Morgan's 3rd birthday.
I was 3 months pregnant with Brooke here and on my way to enormousness.

And lastly, Brooke and Shelby. Not sure how old they are here, I am guessing 3months and almost 3 years. Brooke still looks like that in pictures today. Lol. Sad but true.

So now, I commit to blog more. My blogging has taken a back seat the past few months, mainly due to our laptop breaking. But now, I promise to blog more...because it's important right??!!

Sarah, I too have gone back and forth with the decision to blog or not. I mean, seriously, we're so busy when our kids are little and they need us for absolutely every tiny thing. (I wouldn't have it any other way). But the conclusion I've come to is this: any blogging that I do is ultimately for me and my family because it's a record of us and I'll never regret having that. I plan to print out our blog someday and it will serve as our scrapbook because there is no way I'm doing both. All that being said, I love reading through your blog. Your darling family and simple honesty is good for my heart and I thank you for being such a good person. Blog when you want to blog; no pressure :) Love you tons!
