November 2008. We purchased our delightful laptop from Best Buy. Usually not my favorite store to shop at, but the brick and mortars are limited nowadays.

Anyways. When we purchased the laptop I chose the Ultimate Premium Protection Plan on purpose. Why? Because when this puppy goes poopey, I didn’t want to worry about paying service fees for it.
Within the first few months, our laptop had issues with the Internet. I called three different times, annoyingly, only to have to take it in to the store. Of course, they had to mail it in as well.
It has been a year since we had issues. Until…..tonight….
Paul became a patient man tonight. And when our 65minute conversation commenced, I wondered if he regretted answering my call. Long story short, a system restore fixed a glitch in the operating system that was disabling internet connectivity.
However, we fixed it and once again – our beauty is up and running.
