What child is this?

The past few weeks I have found myself saying this phrase towards Morgan far too often.

Hmm….you are acting just like your daddy aren’t you?

It cracks me up every time.

Today, I was looking at pictures of Morgan – reminiscing of what she looked like at birth so I can compare when our second little blessing arrives.  I was remembering how frustrated I was that my little girl look 100% like her daddy when she was born.

Now, someone told me that all infants come out looking like there fathers because back in the stoneage times they needed to know who fathered which children. Okay, whoever told me that I need some proof.

I am happy to report, though, that nowadays – aside from the chin and lip area – Morgan looks just like mommy did as a kid:)

She even got the messed-up teeth on my side of the family!

We love her, just the same. Oh, and here is a 39 week shot of me sitting. Sorry for the poor lighting – this was taken with my cellphone.

I say I am more like a walrus now – ready to fight my way to the sea!
