Today was finally what seems like the first day of summer here in Wisconsin. I was laughing to myself this morning as I got dressed because today was the first time all year I’ve worn shorts. Quite comical.
The girls and I had a nice day. It started off with Morgan waking me up at 5:52am and Shelby at 6:30am. Here is how the patiently waited for their breakfast to be served….
After they got some grub in their bellies, I quickly made the awesome Very Berry Trifle to take to my sister’s house for lunch. The girls “helped” me cook.
We got to my sisters and almost instantly the girls were asking to play with the water table. So, on went the suits and we didn’t hear from them until lunch time. It was quite cute.
Until Kendra decided to soak me! (okay not really soak but I got wet!)
The highlight of this visit to my sister’s house was of course, seeing sweet little Hadley. She is SO LITTLE and precious. And sleeps all the time! So lucky.

I took the girls home for their naps, and when they woke up I surprised them with their pool and water table all “warmed” up for them. Shelby thought it was great.
Oh what a joyous day. And just for laughs, here was me last year on Memorial Day, 37 weeks pregnant. (remember my babies come out averaging 9 lbs 10 ozs…)

Yep. I look about that big :) Looks like you had fun, we didn't have great weather today. It was a bit cold. Miss you!
