This morning I was trying to get ready and Shelby was of course crabby. She was tired, I get that. I wasn’t letting her take a morning nap because we had errands to do and we were going to the pool in the afternoon so she wasn’t going to get two naps. So, I swooped her up and put her in her crib. I put Morgan in charge of her (that was my first mistake). I said, “Watch Shelby while momma gets ready.” She says, “Okay!”.
Soon enough…all was silent. I had just finished up (I had only been gone about 5 minutes maximum) and I walked to Shelby’s room and this is what I found…
First, the culprit…that’s the big one on the end.
And then the victim…
It may not look like much, but there were about 30+ books in her crib with her. Morgan gave her every…single…book off of her bookshelf. I could punish her so I just laughed. After all, she did do what I asked her to do!
