It is hard to believe that one week has gone by since we’ve had our little Brooke Mackenzie enter this world. Perhaps it is because we’ve only been home for almost five days total. Regardless, it has been quite busy and filled with lots of family. Brooke has really been a trooper!
For those of you who do not know, Brooke is the runt of our litter. Morgan was born at 9.11lbs and Shelby at 9.8lbs. So Brooke who is weighing in at 7.4lbs right now, is so teeny tiny to us, it makes us just love her even more
Things that we love about Brooke:
She can relax in a bouncer.
She can tolerate Shelby’s temper-tantrums to Hold Baby…even if she is crying right in her ear.
She loves her big sisters and family picture time.
All in all, this little peanut is just that. She sleeps pretty much all the time, enjoys her pacifier (thank goodness) and is doing really well at night for me right now. Which explains why I have the energy to take pictures and blog; incase you were wondering.
We love you little Brooke.
