Last Thursday, our little girl turned five months old. It is a momentous occasion, as is each month celebration for our last baby. I find every moment I spend with her to be more and more cherished, almost as if I want to bottle it up and never want it to end. This often occurs especially as the other two are screaming in my ear. Little Brooke is the most precious thing to me right now; my buddy, my bestie.
Here is our little peanut. Still comfortably fitting in the common sized outfit for her age, 3-6mo.
Brooke is a pretty fun little girl. She definitely loves her momma and greatly enjoys her big sisters. They help me a lot throughout the day. Often they distract her so I can get a moment to make them all food, lol.
Here is what Brooke’s life is like:
- Wakes between 7:00-7:30am
- Naps around 9:00am
- Lunch at 12
- Nap 12:30 – 2:30 or 3
- Dinner at 5
- Bedtime at 6:30pm
- Wakes once to eat around 3:30am
That’s it. She has pleasantly fallen into the schedule of the other girls. Which makes my life so much better.
Brooke is not really a picky girl at all. Very chill and relaxed, loves to blow raspberries all day long, and enjoys baby food.
Our sweetest baby yet hands down. We love you little Brooke. You are the joy that will always hold this family together.

What a beautiful and fun little girl. "Can't believe she is growing up so fast. There's nothing sweeter than a little baby in the family for everyone to enjoy. Hope you had a good time in Wis. over the Labor Day week end. BIG HUGS to all Grandma Hood
