Ears, Nose and Throat Mess.

This week has been a treacherous one.  On Monday at about 5pm I realized Morgan had a fever.  Of course, right at the close of the clinic hours right?  Anyway, I got her in for an appointment on Tuesday AM and was happy to say it was worth the drive as she had TWO ear infections.  Oh, how sad.  I got her some medication and headed home.

That afternoon, Greg and I went to the Auto Show for a date – if you can believe that!  And then to P.F. Chang’s for dinner.  Yum yum.  Wondering what we have our eyes set on?  Well, here she is (its a SHE because she’ll be MINE!)

Sadly for little Morgan, she now has a constantly draining nose and wicked, wet cough.  Which in turn causes her to have chapped cheeks, cracked lips and no appetite. She’s living on Cherrios, Milk, Chicken Nuggets and Watermelon.  Tonight, I threw in a Thin Mint cookie – thanks to daddy ordering a million boxes – and hysterically she downed that without hesitation.

The only positive part of today was Morgan got to get be included in an awesome, Patten Cousins picture thanks to the visit of Greg’s Seattle Sibling’s (Ken), family.  They are too cute.

What an exhausting week, and our little pumpkin is STILL sick.  Hopefully she’ll get better by Monday!
