A Good Day.

Today was my 22week check-up for Baby Patten #2.  I was super excited to go because I had my ultrasound last Tuesday and really wanted to find out if the baby, as well as myself, received a clean bill of health.

Much to my delight, the baby is perfect.  It is about a pound now and is this big…. 

Okay, that’s not to scale with your computer, but it is with the quarter.  The spaghetti squash is about 11inches long and the quarter…..well, that’s the size of hole we get to push it out of.  Right ladies?  Just kidding.

Anyway, so the baby is good and so am I!  I have gained a total of 18 pounds this pregnancy.  Thank goodness for the stomach bug I got as I suppose it slowed down my upward slope.  I couldn’t help but laugh at my blood pressure.  It was 110/51.  Seriously!  Too funny.  Oh!  And did I tell you were having a PSYCH.  We seriously don’t know.  Shoot, Greg wasn’t even there for the ultrasound so you just have me to go off of.  And anyone who’s ever caught me in a pickle knows I am not a good liar.
