Growing Up

I find to often I am writing about Shelby and Brooke, and seem to leave Morgan out. Perhaps it is because while she is changing, she is mainly fine tuning the talents and abilities she already has.  Like walking in heels for example…
Morgan Heals (3.5yrs)

Morgan is growing up so quickly. She is still quite tall, towering over all of her friends in her Sunday School class – the Sunbeams, which she loves attending. She is comfortably wearing size 5t or 5 in little girls, and a size 10 shoe. Her hair is still a great thickness for braiding and such, which is good because this girl can sweat (just like her momma).

Like most kids, Morgan LOVES to play outside. Her favorite toy is the Plasma Car:

Which is the most amazing hand-me-down from our old WI neighbors. She LOVES to play with it, so much we are getting Shelby one for her birthday as they fight constantly over it. It is a little pricey ($50) but well worth the money. They last for a Lonnnggg time, as ours has gone through 3 kids already and barely looks used.

In addition to playing with her car, she is a daredevil with almost anything at the park. So much that I get mini-heart attacks when she is climbing up things, but if she can’t do it she just crawls back down.

Morgan is a great helper too, when she wants to be of course. She will go fetch anything I need, especially if it involves little Brooke. She is always willing to help her.

Napping is a must with this little girl. She goes down at 1:00pm (like Shelby) and usually sleeps until 2:30/3:00pm. I am so grateful that the girls nap together as I would not survive without that.

We love our Big Little Morgan. She turns four in just four months. I cannot believe it…three seemed so normal, but four makes it feel like I had her ages ago. We love you Morgan!
