19 Months

Today is Morgan’s 19 month birthday.  How did we celebrate?  We went to the doctor, she fell and it her face while walking….then we went to the park where she fell in the bark while walking….then she fell down the slide because I wasn’t watching (even though it was a baby slide) and smashed her face into the bark.  Honestly….this kid had it rough on her birthday.

Now-a-days, Morgan is quite the toddler, that’s for sure.  She is independent, loves to help and loves being outside.  While she is extremely fond of our 6 dogs which live next door to us (both sides) we will definitely not be getting one for her anytime in the next 20 years.

Morgan has recently learn a few new tricks.  Like CLIMBING onto the couch and chair all by herself.  Oye.

She also is obsessed with her BABY as she calls it.  It is an purple, Easter Bunny Cabbage Patch doll Greg’s mom got her.  She is so funny.  You go in her room in the morning, she says, “Hi!”.  Then follows with, “Baby, baby, Hi Baby.”  Hilarious.

Morgan’s vocabulary is excelling as well.  She can say probably 20 words.  We’re happy with that!

She is fun…as you can see.
 

And loves to be shoe-free outside.  Oye again.

And lastly, our most proud accomplishment over the past month.  Whenever Morgan goes PooPoo….she walks up to me and looks me straight in the eye and says, “Poo Poo.”  I don’t even ask!  She just tells me!  Amen – I hope we can potty-train this summer!
