A week that’s flown by.

This past week was seriously insane.  Between working different shifts, having Sunday off for Easter and getting Morgan’s Big Girl room all ready – Greg and I are both POOPED!  So, here is what’s been going on!

18 Month Mischief
Morgan has become quite the little character lately.  She likes to be sneaky with her mischief – though mostly I feel it is curiosity compared to deliberate terrorism.

Here, she decided to eat the blue Tadoodle Marker instead of color with it.

And here, she decided to learn to climb on a chair – I know the couch is next…

Of course, I blame most of the mischief on genetic structure which has been passed down from this guy.

Neighborhood Mischief
I suppose there are worse things in life.  Like our idiot neighbors who have the HORRIBLE 5 & 6 year old boys.  One day, while the sitter was there, they decided to take EVERYTHING out of there garage and pile it in the front yard.  Lol…they haven’t done it since.

Easter Excitement
I was so happy to have off this Easter Sunday.  I did have to take PTO – but seeing how Greg was on-call for the Fire Dept and Railroad, it was well worth it for Morgan.

In the morning, we visited my parent’s church.  Then, I made breakfast for my parents, sister/BIL and Kendra (21mo)…and of course us.

Here are some pics….

Greg looks too cute…I, on the other hand, used Morgan to hide my growing baby bump.

The Easter Egg Hunt (which was hilarious by the way as we did it like 3 times).

And finally….a pooped Morgan.

Build me a nest TOO Mommy!
This past week I put a ton of effort into getting Morgan’s room ready for her.  It turned out great – just how I pictured it.  And thanks to Daddy for building the bookcase last night – we were able to put her to sleep in her Big Girl Bed (aka toddler bed) for the first time last night!

Here is her new room.

Now, as I mentioned, we put her to bed in the toddler bed last night.  She did well – never left the bed once at night and cried for me this morning to come and get her.  I actually slept horribly as I worried all night if she was okay.  Psycho I know…but I am her mommy:)

For nap-time today Morgan woke with poop at 2:15pm….something all mom’s hate because the chance of getting her back to bed is a lost cause.  So, tonight, she was really tired for her 7:30pm bedtime.  Also, because we were literally outside for about 90% of the day.  She is just like her mommy and daddy.  I am happy to report she went down with about a 20 second peep tonight.  We are SO PROUD of her.

Next task – getting the nursery all set for the next little babe!  Yippee!!
