Last night, our DVR busted. Though I feel it was a slow busting process, the fact remains it busted. Every time I would record one show, it would stop the recording once I changed the channel. SUPER ANNOYING. We missed five shows via DVR last night because of it!
Here is the twist of fate.
Morgan and I got up around 6:30am this morning (normal) and prepped for our day. We decided to go to WallyMart for some last minute shopping necessities. On the drive home, around 10:30am, Morgan feel asleep – stone cold – in the car. I carried her inside, talked to her, took off her coat and shoes – and NOTHING. She was out! So, I laid her in her bed (that’s so cool not to say crib) and she slept with the blinds OPEN for about an hour-fifteen minutes.
Meanwhile, I called TimeWarner and they set up an appointment with me. The guy left our house about twenty minutes ago….perfect! Morgan can take a quick cat-nap to top off the day. Thus, I believe her random AM nap was a simple twist of fate.
Oh….we got a new box. Just came out with them about two months ago….pretty snazzy:) Did I mention that this is our fourth DVR box in four years? Hmmm…quality control issues you think?
