A walk in the park.

Today was so nice out, I couldn’t resist the opportunity to take the girls to the park….by myself….for the first time.

Now, it isn’t so bad going by myself because the park is literally 1.7 miles from my house. I mean, if I didn’t have to push/pull 40 pounds worth of kid I would walk there. So, instead of jumping at the opportunity to burn off some of my baby weight, I decided to drive.

It was fun.  Morgan hasn’t been there since Shelby was about 4 weeks old.  At that time, all she could do was go down the kiddie slide.  And now….

She can hang.

We had fun.  Shelby just chilled with mommy. Shelby (3mo)

However, afterwards, I quickly remembered why one parent doesn’t take a 2yr old and 3month old to the park….

Enough said.
