Watch Out…SHE’s TWO!

Morgan is officially TWO.  It is so hard to believe how fast this past year went.  I cannot believe that I am preparing for her second birthday party when her first one seemed to just have happened.  Wow time does fly and they do grow up too fast, for sure.

Morgan definitely represents her name nowadays – great and bright.  She is the apple of her daddy’s eye and really melts our heart with her Love You and Kiss Please.  We are so happy to have her in our lives.

Here is Morgan’s story:

She entered the world at 3am on a Saturday morning.  After 3 loooonnngggg hours of pushing, I finally was able to get her out after being threatened with a c-section.  She tore me in two, literally and thus set the table for the next babies of being able to come out of my tummy from now on.

Here is our cute, big girl, born at 9lbs 11.2ounces and 22inches.  She was even two days early!

  

After a long labor and a full day of me not eating, she came into the world with a blood sugar level of 14.  Should have been in the 60s.  Poor kid.  She guzzled down this bottle of formula within the first minutes of life.  They didn’t even have time to dress her!

After two long hours of her and I recovering in separate rooms, we were finally reunited and it was perfect.
 

We are so proud to be Morgan’s parents.  She really is one of us….loves the outdoors, sweets and snuggling.  She is just perfect.
