23 Months

I came to a sad conclusion tonight…..

This is the last post for Morgan’s Monthly Birthday Celebration that will occur.  Reason being – she’s turning TWO!  That’s Why!  I’m not one to count 25, 26, 27 months….kind of silly if you ask me.

So tonight’s post is to honor our sweet little girl – Morgan.

Morgan – meaning great and bright – is truly what Morgan is nowadays. 

Here is what she is great at:

• Jumping – on the floor, bed, couch, trampoline, grass, pool, you name it
• Speaking – her own language sometimes, though she is so cute saying Bess You, Wuv Wu, A Kiss, A Hug, Shelby Crying, Yes Pease.
• Listening – when she wants too. But ask her to get something, even if it is lost, and she’ll go find it!
• Loving – mommy, daddy, Shelby and most of all…her babies.  Oh does she love them.
• Stacking/Organizing – she is an organizer after my own heart, that’s for sure.
• Being loud – but also whispering.
• Helping.
• Smiling.
• Playing.

She is our little sunbeam and loves to do sing-a-long songs.  Especially POP for Popcorn Popping and SPI for the Itsy Bitsy Spider.

What a great girl we have in our lives.  See for yourself how bright and wonderful she is.

A kiss for your baby – what about mommy?  

Time to brush our teeth – too bad that’s mommy’s toothbrush!  And yes, she sits for me to braid her hair – compliments of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.

I ask her if she wants to color – she always says yes.  Funny thing is, she never colors – she just takes the crayons out of the box, lines them up neatly on the tray, then puts them back in the box when finished. Too funny.

A favorite pastime of hers is looking through all her books.  Funny thing is, she only looks at them if she’s taking them off the shelf.  I’ll put them back on the shelf and next thing I know, she’s in there making her own piles on the floor.  Clever girl.
