Can someone please explain to me why between the hours of 12pm – 7pm, Shelby only sleeps 45 minute naps?
She seriously is like clockwork and wakes up 45 minutes after she goes to sleep. I left her today and she did go back to sleep, but man on man it is starting to bug me!
Advice?

Good luck, but she might just be a cat napper! That's how Sutter was, then at 6 months he just started taking one 2 hour nap a day and that is still all he does. Teagan used to sleep more than she was awake and he is just the opposite. I just gave in an adapted to his schedule because trying to adapt him to my schedule just made me go crazy!
