7 Weeks.

There is one thing I’ve learned today.  Something that I should have learned with Morgan; and also over the past 7 weeks.  Babies are unpredictable.  Just when you think you have a system/schedule in the bag….PPOOOOFFFF!  Things change just like that.

I don’t know if it is because of the heat, exhaustion, the fact that she missed a 45minute nap this morning….crap – she could be teething!…that’s my favorite excuse when everything else is exhausted.  Today’s nap schedule and overtiredness was horrid.  Again – I cannot wait until this sweet thing gets a bit older:)

On a happier note, Shelby turned 7 weeks today.  I cannot believe it.  Here is her life thus far.

She loves her sister though sometimes Morgan suffers from extreme jealousy.

She likes tummy time – but also hates it.

She has definitely filled out her little thighs huh..

Shelby is cute. She really is.  She loves to explore and prefers being up on your shoulder, looking around our facing outward to view the world.  She likes being outside – just not in the sun.  She is strong and strong willed.  No one’s gonna put baby to bed – no one!  We love her though.  Happy 7 weeks little peanut.
